- After you place an order, a Customer Sales Representative will call to confirm it and then begin processing it.
- Delivery will be completed within 48 hours for any location in the country and within 24 hours for Karachi. You also have the option to pick up your order from our office in Rufi Greenland, Abul Hasan Isphani Road, Karachi.

- The estimated delivery time is usually 1 working day for Karachi and 2 to 3 working days for other major cities. Delivery to more remote areas may take longer.

Policy on Cancellations
- To cancel prepaid orders, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- To cancel a cash-on-delivery order, please let our team know during the call confirmation or through the automated confirmation system, by SMS, or by the website.
- Depending on the bank and payment processor used on the order, it will take 5-7 working days for a refund once the order is “in process”.
Payment Through Cards
- We strive to make shopping with us a safe and secure experience. However, in certain cases, we may need to verify your payment or request additional information to process your order. This will be done through a call or email from the consignee, as instructed by the bank, to prevent any fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
- IQF Bazar has the right to cancel orders if your authorized payment institution rejects or declines the payment.
Delivery Charges
- For orders over PKR 2500 within Pakistan, we offer free delivery.
- For orders under PKR 2500, standard delivery rates of PKR 170 will be applied.
Order Tracking
- After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.
- You can track your order on the courier’s website, which will be mentioned in the email or SMS.

Order Amendments/Changes
You can request to revise, cancel, or reschedule your order by contacting our Customer Services team at +92 336 3740174 (10 am – 7 pm, PKT Mon-Sat) or by emailing us at [email protected] before the order has been shipped. We will be able to assist you as long as the order has not been shipped yet.
